We handle reservations, logistics, and deadlines, so everything runs smoothly. You travel. We stay available for questions, updates, and post-trip support.
Our Professional Planning Fee
Transparent. Fair. Reflective of our time, expertise, and care.
Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed). This fee ensures we can dedicate focused time and expertise to your trip — handling the details, communication, and logistics so you can simply enjoy the experience.
Trip Discovery ($250)
If your trip focuses on one destination or a single cruise, Trip Discovery is perfect! You get:
- Consultation and recommendations
- Custom cruise or hotel options
- Air booking assistance (if desired)
- Reservation management through departure
- Up to two rounds of itinerary edits
Signature Itinerary Planning ($450)
If you’ll visit multiple cities or countries, or want day-by-day customization, choose Signature Itinerary Planning. You get everything in Trip Discovery, plus:
- Day-by-day itinerary design
- Multiple bases / regions (ex: Barcelona → Porto → Lisbon)
- Ground transfers and local tours
- Timelines, pacing, and logistics handled for you
- Up to two rounds of itinerary edits
This is what most of our custom international trips fall under.
Group Travel Planning (Starting at $500/group)
Best for: Family groups, friend groups, milestone celebrations, or hosted trips (5+ travelers or 5+ rooms).
Includes full-service planning:
- Comprehensive group intake and consultation
- Destination and accommodation research
- Cruise or land itinerary design tailored for multiple travelers
- Supplier negotiations and group contract management
- Room or cabin assignments and payment tracking
- Coordinated communications with all travelers
- Air booking support and travel insurance coordination
- Ongoing group management from deposit to departure
- Up to two rounds of itinerary revisions per group leader
💡Fees may be reduced or waived for large or hosted groups at our discretion.
Additional Terms
Rush Planning (within 60 days of departure) + $100 surcharge
Major Revisions (after 2 included rounds) $75 per revision
Travel Advisory Session (consulting-only, 1 hour) $100 per hour
Itinerary Design-Only (we design it, you book it) $250
